I have three very interesting projects going on at the moment:

Nudie Jeans Average Joe Dry Heavy
Nudie Jeans Masa
Sugarcanes Hawaii

I pretty much started with all of them in Spring 2007. I have been giving them a rotation of 3 weeks. This is my mini review:

AJ Dry Heavy
These have the best fit of all three. They feel really good but I was expecting the denim to be a bit heavier considering the name. I think the denim will fade really nicely though as the crease and stack easy. I haven't seen any fading yet. I think this is the pair I will work the hardest on.

Masa
The denim is fantastic. It is such nice high quality denim. The fit was really bad in the beginning though. There was so much denim in the ass that created a weird fold on top of the pockets. However, after wearing them more they are just getting better and better. They are really hard to fade. These are showing the least results of the three. Color is beautiful.

SC Hawaii
These are a piece of art worth buying just for the work that went into making these. They felt really odd in the beginning since they are made of sugarcane fibres. Really rough! The fit is a bit too loose in my opinion. Even though these came "rinsed" they have actually been the ones that shows most fading of the three. I am surprised to how much they bleed. My laptop palmrest has denim stains from these. I like these though and they feel better the more I wear them. They are a nice break from always wearing Nudie. Best part of all is that they still smell good when my other two Nudies are stinking bad.

From these three pairs it's really hard to find a favorite. They are all so different and likable in their own ways.
